Yesterday was Teachers' Day cum Be Yourself Day.

Daphanie and i carried the hefty charcoal fm my hse which can rlly break our fingers.
its a 7 year old charcoal, th last time our family used for house warming 7 yrs ago?. -.-
From a portable mini bbq set, till we at the eleventh hour, gt a bbq pit ready.
Due to the fact that the mini bbq set is as small as A4 size paper, or maybe even smaller than tht.
I couln't find my bbq set .-.-
As we fanned those charcoals in the pit, hoping it would burn increasingly,
i was drooling the food in which the people ,some distance behind us, happily enjoying th food.!
im not exaggerating things,
THIS TIME, WE TOOK A BLOODY 3 HOURS + DURATION TO SET UP THE DAMN PIT!
from 7 ++pm to 9.57pm setting up !(see how attentive i am..) HA
The new charcoal pack did the trick, and of cus thanks to ven's bro.
Ven was very hardworking la! kept fanning till she perspired.
we alr gave up half way
We actually bought 4 kg of chicken wings , shared by 5 people.-.-
And we only bbq-ed less than 10 .
The otah turned out sour ~
salty chicken wings n sotongs, bt not to the extreme la.
the lala , cannot be eaten, no seasonings and all ..
Not a successful one.
But the lamplight above us didn't go off.
so our spot was the brightest of all,the rest of th pits all went out of light.
Hey,finally i have said a GOOD THING at least.
Its kinda scary to be at that park as you will see many bangalas.
How i wish i could just excavate thier eyes out.
no, i can't. I'm afraid of blood. lols.
Aft Eunice left,
we were'nt interested of the food anymore.
So, we sat and chatted,actually more to gossips.
GJ kept hearing noises and she claimed it was from th rats.
i looked at the time.
And reminded everyone to sing a birthday song to venessa at 11.59pm.
But we overlooked the time by 1 min. Funny la!
Aft so much packing, we left.
How sweet of GJ to give a thought of bringing me home.
But i insisted.
